Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee and should be arranged by emailing: services@akailareid.com. Please Note: All deliveries are direct signature required. Once delivered and signed for Akaila Reid is no longer liable.

International insured shipping to many countries, via FedEx/DHL, is available for an additional fee. To ensure international delivery please email: services@akailareid.com. Returns & Exchanges

While we hope that you instantly fall in love with each Akaila Reid piece you purchase we know that sometimes returns need to be made. Therefore, in order to receive a full refund, exchange or site credit, a return request MUST be made, and merchandise shipped back, within 5 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging in order for the return/exchange to be processed. All items are subject to quality control and Akaila Reid reserves the right to refuse any returns that are deemed damaged or unsaleable.
