Domestic insured shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) is complimentary via FedEx Two-Day Express Delivery. Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee and should be arranged by emailing: services@akailareid.com. Please Note:  All  deliveries are direct signature required. Once delivered and signed for Akaila Reid is no longer liable. 

International insured shipping to many countries, via FedEx/DHL, is available for an additional fee. To ensure international delivery please email: services@akailareid.com. Please note: Akaila Reid is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees associated with international shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope that you instantly fall in love with each Akaila Reid piece you purchase we know that sometimes returns need to be made. Therefore, in order to receive a full refund, exchange or site credit, a return request MUST be made, and merchandise shipped back, within 5 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging in order for the return/exchange  to be processed. All items are subject to quality control and Akaila Reid reserves the right to refuse any returns that are deemed damaged or unsaleable. 

All international orders are considered FINAL SALE (unless otherwise agreed upon) and are not eligible for return or exchange. As well, all custom/bespoke and made to order pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
